FAQ

  • How to get there and when to arrive?
    My office is located in the borough of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, on the border of Westmount. Close to metro Villa-Maria, the 24 bus line and autoroutes 15 and 720 in Montréal. Please plan on arriving no more than 5-10 minutes before your session.
  • What to expect out of a session?
    My sessions consist of an intake section, assessment, treatment and overview. There are many factors to consider, including: Is your pain recent and how severe is it? Was it sudden or over time? How many areas of your body are affected? Does it hurt to move in certain areas? What is your occupation? I look at all the different factors that could have contributed to your issue and come up with a treatment plan.
  • Does massage hurt?
    Massage does not have to hurt to be effective. It is important to communicate during the session to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible.
  • What to wear?
    Depending on what kind of treatment you need, I do stretches and exercises (usually at the end) that would be more comfortable for you with clothing that allows movement. Example: Leggings or running shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. Prior to treatment, we communicate what areas will be treated and only these areas being worked on will be uncovered when being treated. Undergarments are required
  • What methods of payment are accepted?
    Payments via cash, interac transfer, Visa, and Mastercard and cheque are accepted.
